There will be 6 conference tracks each day, representative of the difference challenges faced by professionals depending on the type of disaster (ie. Flood, fire, earthquake etc) and the science of climate mitigation and evolution of technology in predictive adaptation.

Short Courses
Short Courses will be developed as a national program that is sponsored by the Insurance Bureau of Canada and major insurance companies who want to mitigate risk and claims through increasing certification and knowledge. Two different courses are targeted to 1. Commercial Property Managers and 2. Residential owners of property to achieve five levels of certification increasing the competency of emergency preparedness. Companies and individuals that graduate will benefit from reduced insurance rates both commercially and/or individually (general public).
